We encourage all air travelers to fly into Bradley International Airport in Hartford, Connecticut (a 55-minute drive from the Hartsbrook School in Hadley, Massachusetts). Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation. If you are interested in receiving the names and email addresses of other participants interested in sharing a ride from Bradley International to Hadley, please indicate such within your online registration. If you indicate you are interested, you will receive an email in early July, listing other interested participants and including information about any possible discounts available through local transportation providers.

Please reference group code EAT.  Rooms are limited so reserve early. Shuttle service from the Hampton Inn to the Hartsbrook School is provided but must be arranged in advance; please be sure to indicate your intention within your online registration.

We have also arranged a larger block of rooms in the dormitories at the nearby Hampshire College (3 miles from Hartsbrook School).  Dorm rooms are a private room with a single bed; bathrooms are shared. One pillow, one blanket and a basic linen package that includes sheets, a pillow case and a towel will be provided. Housekeeping is not provided and it is the responsibility of guests to maintain the cleanliness of their accommodations.  The rate for the dorm rooms is $40 per night and reservations can be made within your online registration. Keys will be furnished upon arrival.
