The IPMT Anthroposophic Nursing Course is designed to introduce the principles of nursing practice extended by anthroposophy. It includes a range of Anthropsophic Nursing topics that address the anthropsophic foundations of nursing assessment, diagnosis, interventions, healing impulses, and also focuses on personal and professional development. The course is held in a one-week intensive, annually, for three years. During these years students are required to continue with self-study assignments and work with an experienced Anthroposophic Nurse mentor. Nurses receive certification as an Anthroposophic Nurse (AN) upon successful completion of course criteria and by demonstrating thier knowledge through written and practical evaluation. While only nurses are eligible for certification, caregivers and other health professionals are welcome to attend and will receive a certificate of completion when course requirements are met. The 2018 week-long intensive will take place April 21-28 in Chestnut Ridge, New York. Register by going to the 2018 IPMT Anthroposophic Nursing Courses.
